Ezy Cash Card Question on Deletion of Ezyaccount and how to manage Ezy Cash Card

Question is if an Ezy Accountant is deactivated or deleted by customer and customer opens new Ezy Account can he manage the Ezy Cash Card thru his new account although it was activated by the old Ezy account that no longer exsists? OR is the card dead once the Ezy Account is deactivated or deleted?
