  • You have reviewed the Developer FAQ’s which include possible reasons for the error you’re receiving: http://www.ezymerchants.com/em_developer_faqs.asp
  • The Notification Script URL has been entered correctly in your Ezyaccount admin?
  • The Payment Button form code values are all present and contain appropriate values?


When contacting Technical Support and to better assess the error message, please supply a description which includes:

  • Developed/ tested Notification script;
  • Pin Codes;
  • Payment Button form codes;
  • URL Notification Script
